Within the city borders, the remains of forest plantations have been preserved, which are an object of natural heritage. Different kinds of animals live here, as well as birds...
But these "forest belts" have already been partially "eaten". Now they need to be eaten in whole.
Behind the "lease" there will be a project of the territory arrangement, little later - a construction project. And there is no "forest belt".
It's very cute. Where there was an oasis of wildlife, where citizens could walk and to relax, there you will be able to see something new.
The most harmless thing is a fenced-in metal mesh "sports complex" on the edge of the highway.
In fact, there will be other objects there: retail outlets, gas stations and so on.
And why would energetic businessmen not buy plots from the population for a good price and put their own objects on these plots?
And why to do such an actions?
It is much cheaper to attack the owners by the statements, forcing them to give up their buildings (houses) and plots cheaply. Isn't that more rational?
