I was reading the text carefully. It was undesirable to be distracted, so the radio receiver remained turned on after listening to the news.
First, a guy began to emerge from the general noise, singing Komsomol songs. And today, it seems, is some kind of anniversary of the Komsomol.
I listened to this guy and his songs in the background. In general, interesting. It's just not clear: is it possible to give these songs in their original performance?
As I write these words, Lev Leshchenko came to mind. He seems to have sung 'Komsomol songs.' Why not to give (to present) of Lev (with his songs)?
They mentioned something about the pretty girls from the ensemble, about a major singer-patron...

I did not notice how the voice of some second singer appeared.
All is serious. The singer is asked questions, he answers.
A speech in a cultural manner, he able to formulate his own words and phrases...
A very driven, concerned person...
What about those, who left?

There is no complete clarity with the official position. How to treat those who 'return'?
Nobody mentions the Constitution. Probably for them the Constitution is something they hear at some special meetings?

I freed up a little and decided to drink tea.
And just then the transfer (broadcast) ends. They give the song of the second singer.
I listen to the song carefully.
It is very similar to Grebenchikov (I don't specify his last name - what if he is an envoy of Aristotle or Plato, if he was included in the list of ancient Greek philosophers? If you don't indicate his title, you'll be in trouble. So let be Grebenchikov).
If I had not listened to this (second) singer (for half an hour? more? less?), I would have been sure that it was Grebenchikov.
It turns out that this is not Grebenchikov, but an independent singer.
And he explains everything so cleverly. (The playing cards are good, at last? They invite him to the radio, he do interviews, they promote tours... I haven't heard anything about the money, but I assume that the money started to arrive, at last).
I returned my thoughts to the text I was reading. There was Gogol's phrase from 'Dead Souls':
