Vanya drank a second sip of coffee. Suddenly a phone bell rang.
- Revolution waits from us for activity and indefatigability! - Vanya heard in the receiver the comrade Friend's voice. - Just now was reported to me that in mass media the subject of balance of the budget of our republic is discussed! We need the excellent budgetary public image! Urgently go to Maldives, sunbathe there on the beach, think and develop the relevant proposals! If before departure you will find couple of kegs with the doubloons, thrown ashore by a surf, then you can take them with yourself for financing of your reflections.
- I was going on a little trip on a yacht ... - Vanya informed comrade Friend about his intentions.
- I leave this question for your choice! - comrade Friend said resolutely. - Revolution and budget!

In a few minutes the yacht departed off from the mooring.
Vanya sat aft in a convenient chair and looked in sea. His subconsciousness was loading itself with positive information.
Gradually the new morning came in. Vanya decided to bathe. He did not dare to swim for a long period of time : "How are the sharks?" "Why is my morning swim not to be supplemented with a bike ride?"
The captain directed the yacht to the coast.
The authorities of the friendly country welcomed the yacht and Vanya. From the yacht a bike was unloaded onto the shore , and Vanya started to roll along the roads of a friendly country. He was followed by two police cars - for his own safety.
On the horizon there was a some big construction. Vanya directed bike towards it. It was a huge wall, beautiful by her proportions.
Vanya jumped off the bike and approached the wall.
The people in uniform, in police cars, loudly started talking about something, but they didn't begin to stop Vanya.
Vanya saw that on other side of a wall there is a tent.
Off the tent came out a man and said suddenly in Russian: "Доброе утро!" ("Good morning!").
Vanya was taken aback. Just in case he told in English: "Good morning!" "I am the delivery boy of pizza!" "I know Russian a little!".
- Okey! - the guy exclaimed.
- Do you know Russian? - just in case Vanya asked (it turned out that thoughts of a possibility of a meeting with the great diplomat were present at his subconsciousness continuously).
- I am a translator! My name is Nick! I get up in the morning and I check, update my knowledge of Russian. I went to the great northern country - to the Northern Capital - to breathe by the culture atmosphere of Alexander Pushkin. But there on the central avenue a people on powerful cars began to chase me. A sad story. I decided to move to other capital - to breathe by the culture air of Chekhov and Bunin. But there at the intersection, when I was crossing the street according a green traffic light signal, I was attacked. A sad story. I took a vacation and came here. I settled in tent.
- What for?!
- I decided to live in a safety, a some time. From one side - the wall. From another side - a kind people, locals. They are armed according to the second amendment to the Constitution. There is a military reserve, reserve formations, - the army divisions. I am sure in my safety. When I restore completely a peace of mind, mental health - I will think what to do. Perhaps, I will go to Antarctica ...
- It makes an impression! - Vanya stated general opinion from the heard.
- The cost price of this wall not so big! - Nick continued.
- And is the exact cost of wall known to you? - Vanya did not expect.
- If not to go into detail, then - yes. It's not a Great Ancient Wall ... About her cost today a questions can to arise ... The doubts in an environmental friendliness exist (Nick nodded onto the wall, near with which the tent was placed) - but what to do?...
Suddenly Vanya understood that the destiny sent him to this travel not in vain. The answer to the question, raised by comrade Friend, it seems, is found! A Great Ancient Wall - financial expenses ...
In Vanya's consciousness began to appear the project of the Intercontinental Great Ancient Wall.
Vanya and Nick exchanged business cards through a technological opening in the wall (the people in police cars again loudly started talking about something among themselves).
Vanya sat down on the bicycle and hurried to the yacht.
The yacht at a full speed went back to the Latin American Republic.
After a while Vanya was in the Palace. There was no necessity to wait.
Comrade Friend entered the room. As always, he was vigorous and looked great:
- I wait for your offers.
Vanya began with the main thing:
- The cost of the Great Ancient Wall - is an uncertain variable. Any historian can confirm it. The construction of a similar wall on the territory of the Republic will allow to introduce an uncertain variable into the budget expenditure. Thus, the statement that the budget of the Republic is not balanced will lose a logical grounds. The execution of the budget will be the subject of philosophical reflections on the invincibility of the revolutionary movement, but not of a cold mathematical calculations.
Comrade Friend was thinking.

- It is a good idea, - comrade Friend thoughtfully responded. - Lenin today still remains a living history... But for the construction of the Great Ancient Wall on the territory of the Republic - one way or another - a financial costs will be required...
- 'Now is the time to announce "The Intercontinental Great Ancient Wall" project!' - Vanya exclaimed enthusiastically. - 'This initiative will link the great processes of the past with the present time. The Republic will receive huge credit resources after such an initiative!'
- "It's not so easy to obtain these credit resources... From the Huge Southeast country ... leastwise ..." - comrade Friend skeptically reacted ...
- Yes, but promotion of such initiative will set all world intellectual centers in motion. All "experts" on the international economy will admire dynamism of development of the independent countries which are resolutely entering the world markets. And with a such support of media we will be able to take advantage of the existing developments - participation, for example, in projects: in the Arctic projects, the hydrocarbon projects, the Intercontinental gas transportation projects.
- Revolution waits from us for resolute actions! - comrade Friend told Vanya. - You have to lift up your abilities of the consultant till the level of practical actions. I sign the decree on the appointment of you as the Chief of the project of the Intercontinental Great Ancient Wall! Revolution announces new, global initiatives! They are harmoniously combining with already existing initiatives! But do not count on the receiving of finance from the Republic! How it will be in Russian ...
- Legs are feeding the wolf!
Comrade Friend with pleasure looked at Vanya:

Comrade Friend shook Vanya's hand, patted him on the shoulder, wished him success and left the room.
