"The Bureya time" is one of measurements, one of factors of the Bureya events.
Why time factor is important?
There is an assumption that "will wash away" a natural dam on the Bureya River. In other words, the problem will be solved "by itself".
It would be nice if someone of the officials announced this version as a working official. I formulate this not because I like this option (we can assume that this option is one of the low - cost and painless), but because the official working version will probably be reasoned, and it can be discussed with deep arguments.
For some reason, there is a feeling that spontaneously burst, overflowing water, rather, will lead to unexpected and negative consequences, rather than positive and expected. Why there is such feeling? - At all not because of the "negative" groundless assumptions ...
Let's try to think, given the expediency of caution.
When did the Bureya events - the formation of a natural dam and the beginning of formation of a spontaneous reservoir take place?
Probably, on December 12, 2018 (data of space monitoring).
When will "the period of risks" come to the end?
I can't answer this question.
When will the Bureya hydroelectric power station at preservation of unfortunate trends in a river stream stop work?
"If does not wash away a dam till April 24, [2019], the station will stop, Maslov reported" (http://www.rosbalt.ru/russia/2019/01/09/1756814.html).
When will the spring flood begin?
When will the "overflow" begin through the natural dam?
What period of time between possible "overflow" and possible "washout" of a dam? Or it is the phenomena of a one (same) moment?
I can't answer these questions.
The period from the moment of formation of the natural dam to the possible moment of a possible "overflow" can be considered as the period of formation of the spontaneous reservoir and, accordingly, the period of flooding of a some territories.
If settlements will be flooded, then - when? (And - what settlements?).
So far there are a lot of ambiguities in a question of a current of "The Bureya time".
But one of approximate temporary points - on April 24, [2019].
"The water of the Bureyskaya HPP will be enough for 50 days" - we read in the publication of December 25, 2018 (https://todaykhv.ru/news/incident/17642/). If roughly to count 30 days of January and 20 days of February, 2019, then we receive approximately - on February 20, 2019.
The period "extended"? The period doubled? (Since February 20, 2019 the temporary point moved for April 24, 2019?)
Interestingly it turns out ...
This unusual a thing - "the Bureya Time".
