VLADIVOSTOK, 21 Mar - RIA Novosti. The head of the public organization "Ecological watch" Dmitry Lisitsyn told RIA Novosti that the Sakhalin regional court on Thursday recognized that the killer whales caught in the "whale prison" in Primorye, were caught illegally in 2018.
