But will he act according to expectations?
Whether he will begin to meet with an ecological public? With mass media? "People" will see a normal - "Western", European - a person, humane and cultural?
Won't his visit be an additional reason for the wide coverage of environmental problems by the press, for the growing attention of the population to environmental problems?
Moreover, Jean-Michel Cousteau is an international figure. His visit would facilitate the involvement of foreign media in the coverage of problems.
For "great people" it is more profitable "to keep everything under control".

At the same time it is possible to think: who and on what bases established, created a so-called "expert consilium" ["consultation of experts"]? Who gave to this "expert consilium" ["consultation of experts"] ["council of experts"] authority to make the decision concerning arrival or not arrival of Jean-Michel Cousteau and other foreign experts?
