Their release should be a symbol of the new attitude of the state and society to marine animals, a symbolic signal for selfish individuals ("Hands off! Dangerous! Costs may be high and profits may be zero"), the starting point for changing environmental legislation to preserve marine fauna.
Change the position of the predator and the consumer to (at least) a neutral position!
With this understanding of the moral basis of modern public company discussion about the proportion of animals able to survive after their release does not make sense.
