This song is sometimes performed on the radio in Russia.
So that's why I remembered up this song.
Periodically the different people about events in Venezuela broadcast. One speaker said that Venezuela had a population of about 30 million and about 3 million people had emigrated.
According to Wikipedia, figures - truthful.
If 10 percent of the population emigrated from the country, then there is every reason to treat with sympathy, pity both the Venezuela and her inhabitants.
There is no full-fledged money - because of inflation - in the country actually.
"The growth of crime is one of the main threats to Venezuelan society.
In 2015, almost 28 thousand people were killed in the country, or 90 murders for every 100 thousand people. Venezuela is ahead of most Latin American countries in this indicator. 90% of murders remain unsolved. Since 2005, the government has stopped publishing full crime statistics" (Wikipedia).
The entire civilized world recognized Juan Guaido the interim President. It is clear that nobody has illusions about "perfection" of Juan Guaido. It is possible that he is not a perfect man. But, nevertheless, many Latin American countries live relatively well.
I have no exact data on the scale of emigration from Russia to Latin America. However, in the "background mode" are constantly mentioned individual cases of moving (certain) residents of Russia in any of the countries of Latin America.
Therefore, adjustment of more or less normal life (with normal, not depreciating, money and an acceptable (and it is better - low) crime rate) is quite solvable task, - irrespective of personal qualities and Juan Guaido's talents. However, the data about personal history and actions of Juan Guaido allows to assume that he is a sincere person with high potential.
So, the entire civilized world recognized Juan Guaido the interim President (a number of the countries are close to recognition). Juan Guaido begins to form administrative personnel and to take financial flows under control.
What is everyone waiting for?
There's also the Venezuelan army. And she, like, expresses loyalty to Nicholas Maduro.
The whole world is waiting and looking at the situation with some irony.
Of course, Nicolas Maduro is a talented politician. But his talent is special. A significant part of the population is forced to leave the country in which people were born and grew up.
It can be assumed that more benefit would be if Juan Guaido restored normal life in Venezuela (or at least started to restore a normal life).
Loyalty is not a bad quality. But what next? What's further?
To protect from external invasion? At the moment, there is no such a task.
To protect from unarmed, or badly armed people?
There's a thin line. Now, perhaps the whole world is looking at the situation with some irony.
If significant blood is shed, the mood will change, and processes will go absolutely others ... In this option Nicolás Maduro with much bigger probability will lose that volume of the power that he still has.
What reality? There is practically no full-fledged money (there is inflation). Crime, probably, does not decrease. More or less effective economy - is absent.
At Juan Guaido hands are partly tied. However, in process of receiving the financial resources and formation of administrative personnel, in process of creation of development plans for the country, or at least plans of the next actions, his position will be amplified more and more.
The army, perhaps, shows devotion to Nicolas Maduro.
The whole world looks at the situation with some irony. Inflation in Venezuela is growing, the economy is disintegrating, crime is increasing, emigration continues.
Just in case I read Wikipedia article about Bolivar. "Before his death, Bolivar refused his lands, houses and even his state pension..."
Great people are characterized by adherence to the highest values, to a special way of life...
Bolivar is the hero of many Latin American countries. For example, he liberated Ecuador. I opened the article on Ecuador (recently I read a few lines about the student from Ecuador who is studying in Russia). Ecuador has many problems. But the level of emigration is less than 1 person per 1000 ("Emigration-0.7 per 1000"). That is, the emigration rate is qualitatively lower than in Venezuela.
That is, there are many problems, there are both poor and rich, but life is relatively normal?
Not every "ordinary" person is ready to refuse his property, real estate (if that is available for him), from the state pension. For example, in Russia, the majority of the population is dissatisfied, as far as one can judge, with changes in pension legislation...
However, some residents of Russia (statistics unknown to me) emigrate to Latin America...
"It's snowing and snowing...
And all around waiting for something..."
