On New Year's Holiday, guests gathered at Seryozha's home.
When the general conversation touched on the ice hockey, Seryozha started to listen attentively.
Ice hockey can give a human a significant money, a fame, and a position in society.
- I will be the first in hockey! - Seryozha suddenly declared.
Both family members and the guests felt puzzled at first.
But then the participants of the conversation remembered that one of Seryozha's relatives knows the leadership of the 'Forward' hockey team and the many players from this team well. Seryozha will play in this team!
Time passed. Anxiety was growing among the family members.
And will Seryozha be able to skate confidently?
And will he quickly master a hockey techniques?
There was even a question: "Won't they hit Seryozha on his head with the ice hockey stick? Won't he get, accidentally, a hit on his head with a hockey stick?"
Somehow it's unpleasant...
Seryozha came to visit a boy from the junior class (the boy collects the postage stamps and has a dad - a sports radio commentator) and gave the boy a rare stamp (as a gift). Seryozha borrowed a portable radio receiver from the boy, asked the boy to tune the radio receiver to the desired wave (to the needed radio frequency) and wrote down on a piece of paper when to turn on the radio receiver.
When the game with the participation of the "Forward" team began, Seryozha turned on the radio receiver at full volume and started walking around the apartment with it - like a real hockey fan, admirer, connoisseur.
In those moments when the radio commentator praised the team "Forward", Seryozha was loudly exclaiming: "Excellent!" "Good!".
The family members were at first perplexed.
But Seryozha's smile and his happy look dispelled all doubts.
Slowly, but surely, Seryozha becomes the first in hockey. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
After a while, Seryozha returned the portable radio receiver to the boy from the junior class and patted this boy on the shoulder.
