The Draft of the open letter in the Internet portal about disagreement with the principles of the digital serfdom
Dear staff of the Internet portal!
I express you gratitude for that part of your work which is useful, and, at the same time, I express not consent with a number of the principles and approaches which came to light during my attempt to create the "Zalesski Bureya Journal" ("Залесский Бурейский Дневник") ("Bureya Journal"). On the separate page I intended and intend to place work "БУРЕЙСКИЙ ДНЕВНИК BUREYA JOURNAL".
As earlier I wrote you, my attempt to create the "Zalesski Bureya Journal" page passed into a stage of a peculiar scholastic battle.
As a result this of a battle I formulated the new name of the page - "Bureya Journal" ("Бурея Дневник"). This name was reasoned by me. This name completely corresponded to your rules.
What as a result? To me, - in fact, - is refused creation of this page. No arguments which would prove, that would justify the refusal were stated to me. A surname, a name, the middle name, a position of the person who made the decision on refusal are not told me.
Not only are my rights to freedom of speech and creativity arbitrarily restricted, but my right to seek protection of my rights is restricted.
This situation reminds me those conditions about which I read in article about a concentration camp for 10 million Uyghurs. Somewhere someone without any public motivation makes decisions on restriction of the rights of Uigur inhabitants.
Naturally, there is no full analogy with the situation of the Uighurs at the moment. But there is an alarming negative trend.
Especially as in Russia there is an experience of enslaving of huge mass of the population - the serfdom.
With introduction of new - digital - the serfdom, I cannot agree, - unless this issue is put to a national referendum. However, I admit that I cannot guarantee completely the consent with introduction of the digital serfdom even on condition of holding a public referendum on this question.
We have a Constitution, misters!
And recently it was celebrated the Russia Day (seems). To citizens, if to trust media reports, any pies, cakes and treats were exposed!
In general,
1) I do not agree with any limitation on ability to create a page "Bureya Journal" for the placement of the work "БУРЕЙСКИЙ ДНЕВНИК BUREYA JOURNAL",
2) I ask to report the arguments on which I am limited in an opportunity to create the "Bureya Journal" page and also - a surname, a name, a middle name and a position of the person who made the relevant decision.
Yours sincerely,
Vladimir Zalessky
