One of the main conditions for obtaining this rents was the development by the population of the Russian state of Siberia, of the Far East, and Alaska.
However, the development process of those vast spaces had a cultural and organizational basis.
With this understanding of geopolitical rents, there is reason for the concept of "universal geopolitical rents."
The countries of the European civilization, of the European culture were receiving a universal geopolitical rents.
Firstly, - countries of European culture (in the broad sense - including Great Britain and Russia) were receiving such a rents.
Secondly, such a rents was received by countries and segments of the population, culturally, civilizationally connected with Europe (first of all, the USA. Perhaps this group includes many countries and political layers of Latin America, other participants in the global political process).
Russia, with its certain cultural, civilizational backwardness, was (and continues to be) a part of Europe.
The cultural level of Russia, the localization of Siberia and the Far East created the features of that segment of universal geopolitical rents that Russia was receiving if to compare Russia with other European countries and participants in the global political process (who is "joined" with Europe).
Gradually, the global worldview was turned, was changed in such a way that the position of Europe, interconnected political actors, subjects, became the object of criticism and negative assessments.
"Rights" of a "non-European players" were recognized.
Logically, it can be assumed - as a theoretical possibility - that Europe and related actors can lose their priority.
Will this lead to a "world justice"?
Will a theoretically possible loss of priority by Europe lead to the disappearance of a geopolitical rents?
Or will criticism of the dominant position of Europe be gradually erased from memory, and a geopolitical rents will be receiving by other players?
And in the 'new' conditions, no one will see objects for criticism and negative assessments - in conditions of obtaining of geopolitical rents by other, non-European, players?
The hypothesis is acceptable that a geopolitical rents is an objectively existing phenomenon, and a criticism of the priority position of Europe and interrelated political actors is just an intellectual trick for changing the recipient of a geopolitical rents.
What should be preferred: the desire for an 'ideal' world? or the defense of that civilization, that culture that has been created over about 500 years?
