A real (effective) responsible politicians:
1) would try to establish a dialogue with the population,
2) would significantly adjust the economic and social policy,
3) as far as possible, would try to carry out a personnel (staff) maneuver.
This, for example, did the French authorities, President Macron and his government, when they faced with multi-day, months-long yellow vest protests. Here was the dialogue, here was and the adjustment of economic and social policy, here was and the creation of a kind of consultative body with the participation of representatives from the protesters.

If there are no real (effective) responsible politicians (in the situation with Sergei Furgal), then with whom and with what are we dealing?
For many years, politics has been built as a continuous sequence of game acts, game situations. Among them are promises, intimidation, manifestations of benevolence (affection), clever (skilled) words, showing videos, all sorts of large and small performances. Some clever (skilled) words, performances, carrots and whip flicks are followed by others (new), and so on ad infinitum.
These small actions are arguments to cover up the fact that there is no real policy that can improve the life of the population.
And since such a policy and such politicians do not exist, then there is no persons and there is no themes for negotiations with the protesters.
The situation on the western frontiers puts players in a familiar position. They look at other people's difficulties and pose as influential people and benefactors. Another performance with carrots and whip flicks.
The attention of the public and the media has largely shifted from Khabarovsk to the western border.
This, to some extent, worsens the position of supporters of the protection of the rights of Sergei Furgal, those who put on the agenda issues of policy shortcomings in the Far East and in Russia in general.
However, Sergei Furgal is not forgotten! Yes, the situation has gotten worse in a way. But Furgal's defense and related themes have not disappeared.
2. A major victory of Furgal's supporters.
France is a European country with strong democratic republican traditions. In such a country, lengthy protests in different forms are not uncommon.
For modern Russia, prolonged public expression of the opinion of the broad masses of the population, on the contrary, is a rarity.
They waited for a long time - maybe everything will end by itself? But nevertheless, a member of the Federation Council appeared, albeit from the Liberal Democratic Party, - Greshnyakova. Judging by her statements, the federal structures of the LDPR are concerned, they are worried. Where there are federal structures of the Liberal Democratic Party - there is Zhirinovsky (LDPR leader). And where Zhirinovsky is, there is the ability to build a compromise. So, perhaps, in some form, approval for the arrival of Greshnyakova was received not only from Zhirinovsky.
3. LDPR and its role in the Khabarovsk events and in the defense of Furgal. Furgal, Bastille and the Man in the Iron Mask.
Representatives of the LDPR faction visit serious organizations, listen to refusals, write letters, wait for answers, write letters again. In general, it necessary to wait up for new elections and the next portion of seats in government bodies at different levels.
But the Furgal's health is not an iron, is not a metal. Furgal needs the ability to send and receive correspondence, meet (daily) with a certain number of persons (for example, State Duma deputies), invite representatives (lawyers) of his own choice - and not those whom someone has chosen for him.
Naturally, the federal structures of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (with their interests in obtaining the maximum possible quota of seats in government bodies) are not very adapted to organize effective protection of the interests of Sergei Furgal.
If the federal structures of the LDPR are able to achieve regular meetings of members of parliament with Furgal, then everyone will be very happy and very grateful to the LDPR. In fact, now is the time for this happy accomplishment. If the federal structures of the LDPR do not have enough potential for this achievement, then, under this turn of events, the intention of the LDPR to assist in organizing the effective defense of Sergei Furgal is under great, very big doubt. And what is the role of the LDPR? The main tasks are solved by Furgal himself and lawyers - his representatives... The LDPR faction is able to increase the level of publicity, to request information, to send letters (appeals, statements)... This is not bad, but any major newspaper can carry out similar actions ...
Mikhail Degtyarev is a compromise political figure supported by the federal structures of the LDPR, who brought [into government of Khabarovsk krai] new people (not only LDPR members) instead of Furgal's cadres. Degtyarev is compromise political figure, who will participate in organizing elections in the Khabarovsk krai with an unknown task, who will leave behind a trail of scattered actions (repair of courtyards , schools, roads, etc.) that can be listed and printed as a long (or short) list. - Actions, which will not fundamentally and significantly change nor the position, nor the financial and social level, not a life of the vast majority of the population of the Khabarovsk krai.
The independent organization of protecting the interests of Furgal from side of his relatives and supporters is proceeding rather slowly (and, possibly, with the hope in relation of the federal structures of the Liberal Democratic Party and their influential leader).
Stop hoping on the federal structures of the Liberal Democratic Party, stop relying, pillaring on these structures, act independently, energetically and effectively, using all legal opportunities - this is the task of the supporters and relatives of Sergei Furgal. Their task is to convert the victory - the fact of long opposition of the broad masses of the population to the isolation of Furgal (the "iron mask" was imprisoned in the Bastille, but the Bastille fell, and France became a republic ...) - into real changes in the position, in the life of Sergei Furgal (systematic personal communication with visitors, normal correspondence , ensuring the right to defense - with the invitation of lawyers according his choice). The task of Furgal's supporters is to build an optimal line of behavior in conditions when they are dealing not with real responsible politicians, capable of dialogue and improving goals and methods, but with players who build a continuous chain of gaming actions. Now the action is in using - 'we do not notice anything serious ... (pause according to Stanislavsky ...). We are waiting for the audience to calm down, and then we will move on to a new game action - to the imaging of benefactors, to the playing of the role of philanthropist. "
