Friends once told Senya that some residents of the courtyard were feeding birds, and children, residents of the house and casual passers-by looked favorably at such philanthropists.
Senya felt offended. There is something unpleasant about this.
After a meeting with friends, it was decided to gather lovers of bird feeding for a large meeting.
Philanthropists were people of different professions and different lifestyles. "What other meeting !! ???"
Senya and friends were not at a loss.
One of friends accidentally knocked over a saucer, filled with water and bread crumb, intended for birds.
Two other friends walked next to another philanthropist, and, as if talking to each other, they let the bread donator hear that the rules are now changing now, and lovers of feeding birds will be held strictly accountable (without leaving the office)..
Friends were especially positive about the act of one of them. When the next philanthropist with a little bag fulled of groats went out to feed the birds, this friend sat down next to one of the children, wanting to show benevolent attention to this baby. He even took a toy automatic rifle from the kid and made a joking shooting. True, it is not clear who the hypothetical bullets from the toy automatic rifle were directed to - either to the sky, or to the birds, or to the philanthropist.
The next day, all lovers of bird feeding were assembled.
Senya explained to them that humanity was facing a deficit of kindness. One of the signs of kindness is the right attitude towards our smaller brothers. A very important role is played by bird feeding.
The first decision was put to the vote - "to support the feeding of birds as an important civilizational measure" - and received universal approval (unanimous vote).
Senya then moved on to the issue of finance. If birds are receiving a food, then you need to reserve a food, and to reserve a food, you need to have money, means.
"Please support the formation of financial resources for feeding birds!"
Some of those present, out of habit, thought that that is about a foreign grant donors, and several hands were raised.
"Accepted by a majority vote!"
Senya took in the lungs of air and tried to reproduce in his memory the images of all the great actors - from Nero to the modern ones.
"For the correct spending of the collected money, we need to form a committee of people of absolute honesty, enjoying the full, unlimited trust of the population !!!"
Senya looked affectionately at his friends.
Among the philanthropists who came to the meeting, there were several people of considerable age who could hardly understand what was being discussed. Some of them came up with the idea that they, philanthropists, would be given money to feed the birds. And they really liked this idea.
Several hands were raised in support of the initiative.
"The proposal is accepted by a majority vote!"
The meeting ended with stormy applause. Friends respect Senya and his initiatives. Kids like to be in the mainstream of civilization. And bird-feeding enthusiasts will soon receive a lot of money to continue their charity work.
