Lenya recently heard about Kaliningrad. Automotive production in the Kaliningrad region is practically functioning. But they need components, parts, accessories.

Not only Lenya (and other tourists from the group) is so smart. Float on the ferry and foreigners.

It is better not to be distracted by other people's telephone conversations, but to enjoy the views of the Baltic Sea ...
The ferry arrives in Kaliningrad. Bus again. Tourists are taken to the hotel.
On the way to the hotel, the bus passes by the building of the regional administration. There are black cars and a few white "Lada" cars parked here.
'They will discuss transport problems and, probably, they will not forget the production of cars,' Lenya suggests. - "The main thing is that there are components."
During the voyage, Lenya made a plan to visit the iconic places of Kaliningrad.
He set three main goals.
In the first place - the most famous Kaliningrad newspaper. It is led by a man whose greatness his contemporaries do not realize. It happens often. Reminds Modigliani...
The head of the newspaper assembled an unusual media project from many elements - personal qualities, traditions, legal norms, social vibes. Such result in itself makes him an outstanding person, although he tries to present himself only as a lover of old postcards depicting Kaliningrad.
The period of the head of the newspaper being in places of limited opportunities was widely covered in the press. There he showed himself to be a sort of follower of Archpriest Avvakum, but a follower of an inverted type.
The head of the newspaper causes Lenya great respect, but, at the same time, fears. A complex person ... But it would be interesting to look at him ...
Interestingly, during the official procedures, a story surfaced about the cancellation of an opposition demonstration for only a few hundred thousand euros or dollars - this money was delivered to Kaliningrad from Moscow. But this story had a peripheral character, it was not given much attention.
Already after the release from places unfavorable for the development of creative abilities, the head of the newspaper printed a huge material outlining the career of the Head of the Region.
Printed with many details and with many photographs. Everything seems to have gone on in a normal way.
And here Lenya comes up to the building of the editorial office of the famous newspaper. He looks at the sign. At this moment, a beautiful cabriolet rolls up to the entrance. An important person comes out surrounded with the employees.
A passer-by next to Lenya pronounces a last name through his teeth. This is the same famous head of the newspaper.
An important person opens the door of car. He looks around at the people on the sidewalk.
Lenya respectfully makes a slight bow.
With some disdain, the important person bows in responce. At the same time, he brushes a speck of dust off his shirt.
'He makes it clear that he read my publications, but he didn't like everything about them,' Lenya understands.

Lenya takes a photo of the building of the newspaper's office and goes to the monument to Immanuel Kant.
On the way, Lenya tries to remember something from The Critique of Pure Reason. He tried to read this book in his student years.

Lenya devotes the rest of his time to walking along the coastline of the Baltic Sea - where there is access to the coast.
The return to Taganrog was almost instantaneous. Bus, excellent navigation on the Baltic Sea to the St. Petersburg area, flight to Volgograd, a fast auto throw up to Taganrog.
Lenya is at home.
Nothing can interfere with modern tourism! Even in situation of transport restrictions. For just ten thousand rubles, Lenya succeeded to admire the views of the Baltic Sea, to visit Kaliningrad, to look at an outstanding, - but underestimated by his contemporaries, - man, to take a picture next to Kant and to examine the ancient fort.
To all this, he does not lose hope of receiving part of the funds spent on the trip as a cash-back.
