There are two independent notions: a "qualification" and an "influence..."
It was not only comrade Buterbrodov 's position that changed. A certain amount of sand fell into the gears of the media machine.
A large projects in economic relations with China have been launched. But in a strange way, no data on the profitability of these projects has appeared. Is the Russian side working towards a zero? Towards a losses? In a profit?
However, there was information from a different media sources about earlier projects - about the sale of electricity from Russia to China. There was a minimum of information on those projects, but it seemed that the prices for the supplied electricity were minimal, and in China there was enough (own) electricity produced. Again - a many and a significant things are unclear ...
Finally, in December 2019, the story of coronavirus in China began.
While previously the public 's attention to China was moderate, then in the conditions of the coronavirus, many were overexcited.

It 's even harder to hear the numbers about the migration balance.
