A safety of aggressive dogs. A story for children about Seryozha.
For some time, a private tea party (after Seryozha's lecture on philately) was held in silence.
At last, one of the tea party participants came up with an idea:
- The baby-owner of the Mauritius blue departed back because he was afraid of aggressive dogs. Now many dogs are being walked without muzzles. And they pose a huge danger.
Seryozha thought a little and reacted:
- That's right! We must issue an appeal on behalf of our Club to the townspeople-dog owners, so that they walk their dogs in reliable muzzles!
One of the tea party participants added:
- We will inform the baby-owner of the Mauritius blue that he can arrive to our city without any fears, because our city has become safer!
- That's right! Right! - There were exclamations from those present.
Immediately, over tea, the tea party participants drafted and approved an Appeal to the townspeople-dog owners. One of postage stamps fans hung the Appeal on the door of the Club.
After the tea party, Seryozha was walking down the street.
A frightened little woman of about 85 years old was walking towards him with a huge bag for food. She was holding a microscopic dog about five centimeters in size on a short leash. The microscopic dog was wearing a reliable muzzle.
Seryozha looked at this woman approvingly.
Five minutes later, he saw a man-giant, around which a huge dog was jumping. The dog looked like the fantastic Hound of the Baskervilles.
Seryozha glanced sternly at the dog. The dog looked at Seryozha and began to approach him with huge leaps.
But Seryozha was not confused. He quickly jumped into the nearest little shop and closed the glass door behind him.
The dog was jumping on the glass door of the little shop, trying to open it, and was showing its huge fangs. Seryozha inspected through the glass door the dog's mouth with interest. "It resembles the mouth of a medium-sized shark," he thought.
Two minutes later, the giant-owner of the dog came to the door, took the dog on a leash and led the dog away.
"Not everything is done at once. It takes dog-owners a while to get used to discipline," Seryozha thought.
He came home and called a junior schoolboy on the phone. (The dad of this boy works at a radio station).
Soon a report appeared on the radio station's website and a special issue of the radio program was released. The title was: "Thanks to Seryozha and the Philatelic Club, a life in our city has become safer."
Seryozha waited for the relevant material to appear in the paper edition of the local newspaper.
One copy of this newspaper, a printout from the website and an invitation letter were sent to the baby-owner of the Mauritius blue. The invitation letter explained that the baby should not be afraid of aggressive dogs or anything else, but he can safely arrive to participate in the events of the Philatelic Club.
