On July 3, 2019, the Russian Federation deprived me my ownership of the real estate object.
Nobody is immune from mistakes. Maybe someone didn't notice something?
In October 2021, I received a tax notice. In this document the corresponding real estate object wasn't mentioned.
I was surprised. Started writing. Violated tax, financial interests of the state!!!
From the correspondence, I learned that the object 'disappeared' from the tax notice, since from July 3, 2019 (tentatively) I am no longer the owner of the object.
In 2022, I started writing - no longer about protecting the tax and financial interests of the state, but about the violating my rights ...
Where are the actions of the Russian Federation to protect and restore my rights?!
It was not I, who deprived the Russian Federation of the right of ownership of the property, but it was the Russian Federation who deprived me my ownership of the real estate object!
The state apparatus does not move. His gears, details as if stopped ... And I can live on in peace - already without the right to the real estate object.
I'm trying to understand the logic - I'm sorting through the options ...
And today I find out. It turns out that cars left by Russian citizens when crossing the border should be handed over to people who deserve respect. (This position was expressed when commenting on the situation).
Here a (deep) sence is!
Now the situation in which I found myself is becoming clearer to me.
I am (by the someone) declared not worthy of respect enough. My rights are not officially disputed, but neither are they protected or restored.
Of course, if I want, I can enter into a new round of interaction with the Russian Federation - either sue it, or apply for a new registration.
In April 2022, I sent an application to the Government of the Russian Federation (by e-mail) and have not received a response so far.
If it is possible to deprive a citizen of the right of ownership of the real estate object, if it is possible not to take any measures to correct the situation, then it will be interesting to see this citizen making more and more efforts. And what? Is there no interest in this?
What, if I hadn't noticed (when I received the tax notice)? What, if something happened to me?
So, there are respectable people who, to a much greater extent than I, deserve the right to own an object of property, just as cars should be given to respected people.
Maybe the owners of abandoned cars have families? Heirs? Maybe these cars have other owners?
Shouldn't such questions be taken care of - in order to protect the constitutional right to property? To take care of the citizens?
Today is the useful day - I got acquainted with the new scheme for protecting the constitutional right to property.
But there were so many interesting things in the materials, that I activated the "search" function and found the Federal Bailiffs Service database.
In this database, I found my surname among the debtors.
That's how!
On July 3, 2019, the Russian Federation deprives me of the right to own a property with an approximate value of eighty thousand US dollars, and on October 7, 2020, a court order for eleven thousand rubles is issued.
I will have to write a statement about the debtor's objections regarding the execution of the court order ...
