Starting from June 8, 2022, in my miniatures, along with other problems, I touch upon the issues of "involuntary" receiving of loans by citizens of the Russian Federation.

For me, the issues of protecting the constitutional right to property are much more interesting.
But not every bird will reach (will fly up to) the Unified State Register of Real Estate (UGRN).
And fraud in "involuntary" receiving of loans by defenseless citizens is a fairly common and well-known practice.
Why not to issue a real estate or a car on the money out of the loan? The beneficiaries will receive the financial means, and the unfortunate citizen will spend half his life visiting the reputable organizations, proving his case and the own honesty, protecting his interests ...
In general, loans are also relevant, and this is also interesting (as is the protection of property rights).
