  LOOKING FORWARD
In the 21st century humanity faces some of its most daunting challenges. Our best resource is to cultivate our singular
abilities of imagination, creativity and innovation. Our greatest peril would be to face the future without investing
fully in those abilities. Doing so has to become one of the principal priorities of education and training everywhere.
Education is the key to the future, and the stakes could hardly be higher. In 1934, the great Swiss psychologist Jean
Piaget said, "only education is capable of saving our societies from possible collapse, whether violent or gradual."
History provides many examples of his point. Over the course of humanity"s relatively brief occupancy of the earth,
many great societies and whole civilizations have come and gone. We build our own cultures not only on the
achievements of those that have come before but on their ruins. The visionary novelist, H.G. Wells, put Piaget"s point
even more sharply: "Civilization," he said, "is a race between education and catastrophe." All the evidence is that he
and Piaget were right. The problem is that too often, and in too many ways, current systems of mass education are a
catastrophe in themselves. Far from looking to the future, too often they are facing stubbornly towards the past.

My directions(remain unchanged): education, health, ecology, peace.

Ed - my own ed, self-ed, education in schools is a catastrophe,
i don't want to be a teacher, but i teach. I teach in my notes, like Ken Robinson. Informal education.

IQ - genes or environment? I don't know, racists say it's genes, democrates - environment.
Tons of research, tons of time, money, lifes, and paper wasted to decide in favour of one of these two options.

They say if you go to school(a good school) , your IQ is higher.

So, you can teach high IQ.

IQ and creativity, Andy Warhol had IQ of 86, but he was a genius painter.

High IQ doesn't mean high creativity, though 300 geniuses of Cate Cox were highly creative AND they had a high IQ.

But IQ tests don't measure creativity, they measure 'intellect'.

BUt I don't believe Andy Warhol was stupid or cretin, he was a genius and had a strong creative intellect,
just his intellect wasn't measured by the IQ test he took(Stanford-Binet or other
