WITH  MY  THOUGHTS  OF  YOU
 
 
With my thoughts of You, I lay down to sleep,
No more fears, no more tears to weep.
With my thoughts of You, I can face another day,
No more sorrow, no more pain, this I can say.
 
With my thoughts of You, I close my eyes,
I think of our hopes, our dreams, our desires.
With my thoughts of You, I am at Peace,
Each hour I dream, I feel a calming release.
 
With my thoughts of You, I awaken each day,
Thinking, forward planning, keeping sad thoughts at bay.
With my thoughts of You, I walk 'Hand in Hand', one step at a time,
So, once again, I think of You, and write poems that rhyme.
