Tartaria04 is 4th part of utopia Tartaria about adventures of researcher Ruvim Peshor
in a strange country, called Tartaria.
The main personage, [[Rivim Pechor]], gets some success at [[Norga]], but express too explicitly his pinion about possible application of his achievement. For this, his boss [[Mosdok Tsukerberg]] decides to move him away, to test the heating device, manufactured by his ideas.
[[Ruvim Pechor]], being prisoner, has no choice.
In order to neutralise the public statements by [[Ruvim Pechor]], his colleague [[Pesia Zivertov]]
suggests and promote the collaboration with scandalous newspaper [[Clever Times]].
[[Mozdok Tsukerberg]] called [[Pesia Zivertov]] suddenly.
The action of Ruvim Pechor, [[Pesia Zivertov]]
- Pesia pro, are you ok?
