Chief of the Russian Federal Security Service (KGB) Office in the Republic of Karelia. [1]
Perhaps, Pisanyuk is one of the main organisers of the persecution of
citisen of Karelia for the investigation of the public opinion with respect to
possibility of separation of Karelia from Russia and the joining it to Finland.
That grop intended to organise the referendum with respect to this question.

Pisanuk born in 1958 in Kharkov area
Graduated with distinction from Kharkov aviation institute.
Serves in security service since 1984, filled various posts in UKGB of the USSR in Astrakhan area and Sakhalin. Since 2004 to designation to the post of the Chief of KGB served in the central machinery of KGB.
