Valery Ivanov (September 14, 1960, Ivanovo), edros, dumak is known
for the Herod Law, accepted by Ivanov and other dumaks
2012.12.19. The law was aimed to press the U.S. administration. This law prohibits Russiqn orphans to leave from Russia to the USA adopting families.
With this law, the Russian orphans become hostages. Therefore, Ivanov, like others, who voted for that law, is qualified as a terrorist, according to definition of the term.
