Intergalactic regions of space are characterized by significantly lower matter content. A material energy-material sparsity is formed. This is where free energy begins to flow and bind (materialize).

This concentration of energy occurs in a small volume of space (the curvature of space according to general relativity is extremely high). Strong nuclear forces combine energy into elementary particles. There is what is commonly called a black hole.

The bound energy (matter) begins to expand (form space). We call this overcoming strong nuclear forces, then weak nuclear forces. Space expands, its curvature decreases. There are what we call neutron stars (quasars).

The space continues to expand. Electromagnetic forces are overcome, and atoms are created. First, the light elements. Then, heavier elements are formed in stars due to thermonuclear fusion reactions. Clumps of matter are formed - stars, planets, consisting of atoms and molecules. The space continues to expand, pushing apart the adjacent areas of space. Gravitational forces are overcome. What we call a Galaxy is forming. At the same time, gravity, the curvature of space, and the acceleration of any Galactic object should be greater than the acceleration of the expansion of the Universe c2/R equal to 10-8 centimeters per second per second (10). This is the background acceleration (curvature of space) The universe explains the minimum possible acceleration of Milgrom for any object of Galaxies without involving the category of dark matter.

Thus, energy is bound in states of matter by nuclear, electromagnetic, and gravitational forces [1, 2].

As a result, in the Galaxy we have a group of material bodies localized in space in a stable association with energy. This is the energy of maintaining space, which we call energy. Any fragment of matter in this example on Earth, due to its rotation around the Earth and the Sun, has a huge angular momentum compared to the angular momentum that we can give it by our own means - this is the nature of inertia [3].

Any substance that does not have the energy inertia to be in a given space will be forced out of it and will join the main space-forming substance of a given area, the Galaxy (the Sun, the Earth, etc.). This is what we call gravity.

That is, the gravitational potential is the density of space, depending on the filling of space with energy (mass) as an additive function [4].

Conclusions.

1. Galaxies are formed as a result of the materialization of incoming energy.

2. Galaxies are a group of material bodies with the energy to maintain space, which we call inertia.

3. Any substance that does not have the energy inertia to be in a given space will be displaced from it and will join the main space-forming substance of a given area, the Galaxy (the Sun, the Earth, etc.).
