1) disconnection of victim's telephone line;    
2) malfunctioning of the Internet connection (access); 

and also use: 

3) mass anonymous telephone calls or / and e-mailing to harass the victim;  
4) fabrication of mass e-mails in the victim's name, which are sent: 
    a) to provoke sabotage, collapse (or closure) of victim's e-mail box, or 
    b) to submit computer viruses in expectation that the victim will be accused; 
5) submission of computer viruses to the victim; 
6) destruction of victim's Internet site; 
7) ostracism and boycott, dirty slender and defamation against the victim; 
8) persecution of the victim through Internet-forums; 
9) anonymous (and not only) e-mails to victim's friends, employers, Internet provider, 
stating that the victim is mentally ill, dangerous, etc. 

From my close or known to me environment methods number 1) and 2) were used against me and
my friend Mani Said, a Toronto-based anti-Zionist activist, against former Toronto-based activist
Zundel, and against other people; methods number 3) and 4) - against me and Mani Said, methods
number 5) - against many anti-Zionist activists, including me, 6) against me, Mani Said, and
Klimov; methods number 7) and 8) - me, John Bryant, Michail Magid, Michaud, Nina Yudicheva,
and other activists; methods 9) - against wide range of activists.  

I must stress, that, mentioning all these people as victims, I do not share their views fully or some
of their postulates. However, I consider illegal methods, used against them, as crimes. Even if the
victims were criminal elements, it is illegal and amoral to punish them without any formal request,
sent to authorities of the country, where they live, and without bringing them to court. But these
victims of Zionist extremists have never committed any crime. They were persecuted for thinking
differently, then Zionists. In 1999 an Israeli soldier, Daniel Weiz, has brutally killed in Toronto a
Russian-speaking boy, Dmitry Baranovsky. Then (according to Israeli "logic") Canada should
kidnap the killer to bring him to justice (as Israel kidnapped Vanunu, a scientist, who denounced to
journalists that Israel has a "nuke" bomb), or send a military staff to Israel to kill the killer. It is
terrifying - to imagine, what would happen, if all countries would behave like Israel. (By the way -
Israel stalked the procedure of Weiz's extradition; it is significant that Israel won a ban on
publications about Weiz's case in Canada. Weiz is still in Israel, not punished, and probably will

Often the same person, who has harassed you on Internet forums, and was generating hooliganism
against your web site through books of comments, etc. - sends you computer viruses or e-mails, in
which threats to kill you. I believe that two individuals, widely known to Russian Internet
community (as Ad Scodra and Andrei Arbeniev) for their vicious attacks on every person, who
ever expressed anti-Zionist views, used to send me (via e-mails) computer viruses, threats, and
scam e-mails. They also fabricated mass e-mails, which formally looked as e-mails, submitted by
me, sending them with computer viruses to hundreds of people. These fabricated e-mails were
looking (for an ordinary user) exactly as my own e-mails, with my address (leog@total.net) in the
line "from"; however, the HTML source of these fabricated e-mails reveals that most of them
were actually sent from dialup.ptt.ru server, not from total.net. It means that they were not
automatically submitted from my own computer (if generated by vicious computer viruses as Scam
or Klez), but fabricated "by hands" by malicious individuals.  

On one of Svetlana Yepifanova's forums at "Politcenter" (at kulichki.ru) a warning message,
addressed to me, appeared. It was shortly after my huge work, "GULAG of Palestine", was
published at her popular political magazine. An anonymous person (yigal) wrote: "Even such a
mentally ill person like you must realize that you went too far. You will be severally punished for
your lie". However, he gave his e-mail address as: adscodra@dialup.ptt.ru . This address -
dialup.ptt.ru - is presented in the document source of many of the fabricated "from my name"
e-mails, as well as in e-mails with computer viruses.  

An opportunity to fabricate falsified e-mails and send me computer viruses had also famous at the
political disputes Yigal, who used to send me e-mails, which were responded by me. Just so has
coincided, that JUST AFTER this exchange of e-mails with him computer virus-attacks have
begun to grope ably vulnerable places in my system's defense. 

On 10-th of August, 2002, Andrei Arbeniev has sent me an e-mail (from star66357@msn.com ), to
which I have responded by my e-mail. A real goal of Arbeniev's e-mail was to provoke me to
respond, and then collect information about my computer, my e-mailer, my IP address, and all
other essential information. On August 12 a new virus attack has shown that THEY have took
advantage from my e-mail and have modified knowledge about my computer. And on August 16 a
newly fabricated e-mail has revealed that this time it was much more precise, -  looking ALMOST
exactly as my own e-mail. It wasn't sent now from dialup.ptt.ru, but "from" total.net. It looked as if
I have sent this letter to myself, but I've NEVER sent it. The only thing that Arbeniev did not
know was that sending him a response I did not submit it from my regular e-mailer program, which
I am normally using. It was sent from a similar, but slightly different program. ONLY Arbeniev
has received this one. So, ONLY a respond to HIS e-mail could be used for modifying fabricated
e-mails. Some other characteristics of this e-mail can reflect HIS signature: 

Certainly, as a self-critical and honest person I can suppose some possibilities of a mistake:
concurrences in a case with Scodra, and use by someone (who is constantly monitoring my
correspondence) my exchange of the e-mails with Yigal and Arbeniev. However, then it turns out
as too complicated; and I know that this simply does not happen in real life.  

In any case, they are guilty that so easily suspected. It should show them, what monsters they look
after their hooligan actions in "SI". Stated above (and supported by certain facts) suspicions are
quite adequate to the level of their meanness and criminal conduct.     

For some hooligans, who, probably, have appeared in Zionists' team casually (Andrei Arbeniev
and, probably, Yulia Dlugach) - because the methods of the last corresponded to their own
roughness and aggressiveness, - still can escape. Later they will be bound by thousand obligations,
and even later - crimes, and the way back will be closed. For all writers: I want to remind that
literature and terrorism - are incompatible. Even at those Zionists, at whom some infantile literary
abilities were manifested (the same Neiman), they will be never developed in a soul, corrupted by
the filth of immorality and burden of crimes.
